So many people find themselves trying to do too many things in their business and not focusing on what they are good at. This is very stressful. You never want to walk into your tax preparer’s office at the end of the year with a box of receipts, it ends up costing you a lot more time and money than if you keep it up throughout the year. Kristi and her team love to help their clients understand their business or personal financial statements. Educating is their goal.

We have decided to offer several different tiers for you to choose from. All services are provided on an hourly basis. Lindsay’s rates are $75 per hour and Kristi’s rates are $140 per hour. Every client’s needs are different, so please contact our office for a consultation to discuss your specific needs.

Silver Program

Program includes a review of your QuickBooks file. We will provide a list of changes to be made if necessary. Changes are the responsibility of the client.

Gold Program

Program includes a review of your QuickBooks file. We will make changes as necessary. A list will be provided showing the changes made and will make recommendations for avoidance of future errors.

Platinum Program

Program includes basic bookkeeping services. On a monthly basis, we will enter all accounting transactions into your QuickBooks company file. This includes checks, deposits, and other transactions affecting the checking account. It includes vendor transactions like credit card charges. We will perform bank reconciliations for the checking accounts and credit cards. We will also enter adjusting journal entries as necessary.
